REGIONAL SALES MEETING

After such a long time away, our challenge was clear; how do we create opportunities for engagement, networking, and training for attendees, hungry for face-to-face interaction?

We started right away concepting event identities that would resonate and inspire the team that would be coming to Nashville for this memorable event. We knew the existing stage built into the ballroom would be limiting to our creative approach, but felt we could also use it to our advantage.

The design started with a general session stage that

incorporated movement, technology, and the event identity.

Going beyond the general session, we branded the prefunction space to further the messaging and attendee experience.

We designed and built out the registration area, breakout rooms, and engagement opportunities in the prefunction space. During our hindsight call post-event, the client could not stop raving about the success of the event.
