We have been a proud production partner to the Cincinnati Tennis and the Western Southern Open since 2016.
Our initial roll in the event was small, providing only audio/video support. Since that first experience in 2016, we’ve become more of a production partner—providing them with various types of services to help achieve their event goals.
We were tasked with the challenge to strategically integrate more of a brand presence into their annual event.
Through our services, we reached their event goals while also providing their sponsors and customers a better event experience.
Our services included printing, AV, fabrication, sponsorship booth coordination and design, photo opportunities, staging design, navigation of crew needs, and most recently—we produced their live-stream event for their Draw Party in New York.
