The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 285,000 members in more than 165 countries. Our goal was to generate greater company awareness and engage with attendees. Showcasing Paycor products and pique the interest of guests to book a follow-up meeting.
We needed to create a game or activity for attendees in which everyone wins. The activity needed to be noisy, exciting, and call attention to the booth. A stimulating environment that is dynamic and draws people through it. The event was in New Orleans. We took inspiration from carnival games and amusements, we felt that we would draw people into the booth by the activity and sound. Creating an energy and hum to ensure drawing maximum attendees to the space.
