Mercy Health: Angels Among Us Gala

About the Project

Annually, Mercy Health hosts the Angels Among Us Gala, typically in a different venue each year. This event recognizes employees, physicians, and volunteers as well as raises funds to empower and provide the Mercy Health network to extend its healing ministry with compassion, kindness, and innovation.

Challenges

Design event in a non-traditional venue space: Waypoint Aviation, a hangar located in Lunkin Airport (Cincinnati, Ohio)

Create high-end look and feel to encourage attendees to donate

Develop an overarching look that ties in with the venue space as well as the event theme

Solution

Created a captivating attendee experience by capitalizing on quirks within the venue and using them to our advantage

Designed a stage area outdoors and created an unexpected reveal for audience members (a private concert)!

Created a unique branding approach that spanned print and digital media
