Kinetic Canopy
Flown from an overhead truss, a grid of motorized fixtures allows for a moving and shifting field of LED spheres. The spheres can independently move up and down, and are internally lit with programmable LED fixtures. The series of up to 100 spheres produce varying dimensional abstract forms. The grid of motorized points can be arranged in numerous ways to work with different stage, exhibit and entryway layouts. The motors can function using custom designed pieces as well.
